Digital Products
- Digital products (software, files, templates) are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are only available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed
- Once a digital product is downloaded, it is considered used and non-refundable
- If a product is defective or not as described, please contact support within 48 hours
Physical Products
- Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
Subscriptions
- Subscription refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Services
- Service bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is available at no charge with 24+ hours notice
